Fresh off an uber impressive win against one of the top teams in the Eastern Conference (TOR), the young Wolves are ready to shine in the national spotlight as NBA All-Star weekend tips-off tonight in Toronto, Canada.
The festivities will start with the NBA All-Star Celebrity game starting at 8 pm ET, followed by the BBVA Compass Rising Stars Challenge in which Karl-Anthony Towns, Andrew Wiggins, and Zach LaVine will be participating in.
Here are the rosters for the Rising Stars Challenge. Karl-Anthony Towns will be participating in the skills challenge, followed by Zach LaVine trying to defend his title in the Slam Dunk Contest. Here are the following participants for all 3 contests. Skills Challenge
The NBA decided to mix it up a little bit this year and add a few big men to the competition, including our favorite rookie. I actually won't be surprised if Towns wins this contest, because, well, he doesn't stop surprising. The kid is unreal.
3 Point Contest
So many great shooters. There will be a lot of 3 pointers made.
Slam Dunk Contest
Every NBA fan in the world should be excited to see what LaVine has up his sleeve for Saturday night.
KAT definitely is.
Then, of course on Sunday, the All-Star game will be played. Here are the Eastern and Western Conference rosters.
